Q. I received a letter from the City of Austin about submitting a recycling plan; what does that mean?

A. They City of Austin has a mandatory recycling ordinance that applies to some businesses and apartment complexes depending on the number of employees or residents.  Go here for more information and a link to fill out a plan.


Q. Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone?

A. We are a small company with four employees.  We are all usually out in the field servicing our customers.  Our low overhead keeps your prices the lowest in Austin.  We do have a voicemail translator however to email us your voicemails, if you are unable to contact us via the internet.


Q.  Do you have signs to download that tells what is acceptable for our paper bins?

Q.  Do you have a location where I can drop off recyclables?

Q. What size containers do you offer?

A. We use 34, 45, 65, and 90 gallon containers.


Q. Do you recycle laser and inkjet print cartridges?

A. Yes, please put them in their original boxes and place them next to your bin.
